Spring Onion Balsamic Vinaigrette

3 small spring onions (sliced thinly)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
and a generous pinch of dried oregano and thyme
pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper


Whisk ingredients together and allow to sit while you prepare the salad so that the flavors can meld.
