Life Chef 101 Series Now Offered One-on-One!
Learn how to eat healthier, lose weight and finally ENJOY food in one-on-one personal cooking sessions through the Life Chef Cooking Series offered in January 2008! Each series is made up of 3 two-hour classes taught in the comfort and familiarity of your home kitchen on dates most convenient to you. These personalized classes are designed according to your interests, dietary preferences and health goals for 2008.
Series One: Low-fat Cooking Techniques Teaches cooking techniques including braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing and steaming, plus basic knife skills, time-saving prep and storage tips.
Series Two: International Flavor Profiles Teaches the fundamental herbs, spices, condiments and ingredients so that you need to stock your kitchen to prepare international cuisine anytime. Cuisines include Italian, Asian, Mexican, Caribbean, Greek/Mediterranean and Moroccan.
